To earn the title of Top Rated 2024, salons needed to maintain an exceptional standard throughout 2024 – with at least 95% of their reviews being 5 stars from 1st January to 30th September. But it’s not just the ratings – we take a few other things into account, like the number of reviews per active team member and the number of online bookings. This keeps things fair for everyone, regardless of venue size, so that both big and small places have a chance to shine.
