This was bad. The hair wasn’t actually removed as it should’ve been (and there wasn’t even an attempt at the back), there was more than one type of wax used, it wasn’t cleaned off properly and I was left quite badly bruised, burnt and sore. I get waxed regularly at various places so not sure what happened here but won’t be returning. Manager said it was normal so didn’t offer a refund or any kind of compensation. It also took over an hour and normally it’s a 10/15minute job.
