Staff member late to open up.
Salon dirty.
Staff member was not friendly.
She made my cuticle bleed.
Filed my skin on my finger tips when filing my nails.
Banged my fingers a couple of times with no apology.
I’ve never had such a terrible experience. I did not go through with having my brows done after my nails as I just wanted to leave.

I am a regular customer and always look forward to my appointment. Natalie is friendly and welcoming. My treatments are always done expertly and Natalie gives good advice on maintaining your look. Would not use anyone else. Always a fantastic experience in a comfortable clean salon.
