The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The experience was not as intense as I thought it would be. I did feel very energic afterward but I think I'm still yet to see the full benefits of the treatment.

Friendly, swanky. Treatment itself probably needs to be a little longer than 3 minutes, especially if you’re highly athlete, to feel the effects.
