I went because I grew up in the Canadian arctic and since leaving, I haven't felt that kind of cold since, the capital 'C' existentially threatening cold. 3 minutes in -90°C was invigorating. I would recommend the experience. Stepping into the cabin in a sports bra and cotton shorts and dancing your little heart out, (you'll want to, because--cold) is tons of fun. It's exhilarating! You'll feel good all day for the experience. Highly recommended.

This usually unique experience is good although there should be more chambers nationwide.the cost is a bit steep for 15 minutes but staff are friendly if not a little preoccupied with their phones!
