staff were friendly and explained the benefits briefly. session was very short, maybe not value for money.

I enjoyed the experience far more than you would expect being subjected to -90c. The member of staff who dealt with me was very helpful and gave me some interesting information on my bodies reaction to the procedure and this leaves me well informed as to wanting to try cryotherapy again whether at 111cryo or another venue
