Really hot, really sweaty but there is a shower on site. The experience can be personalised with different scents, levels of temperature and massage machine intensity. Some people fall asleep in the cabin but I felt really relaxed after the treatment - I slept well that night.

Such a lovely experience. The facilities are clean and relaxing, and staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. Thermotherapy was amazing, perfect treatment for cold grey winter days!

Amber explained procedure fully with safety instructions if needed. Expected to feel cold but it's doesn't get that cold on the skin. Listened to ABBA in the pod. Feeling exhilarated? Yes so looking forward to next time
