The station at Harvey Nichols is very quaint and calm, so it’s perfect for relaxation. My thermo session was short but there was a lot of light therapy and relaxation to help elevate stress within this time. The right amount of space to unwind and relax :) The Agent was also very friendly, calm and accommodating:)
