It was great but I could have done with 30- 60 seconds more to really get the full benefits. But it is better to be safe than sorry after all.

second time at 111cryo. was a seamless experience which i will definitely be returning for again. felt super energized this time, think my body is getting used to the cold sensation. definitely recommend!
