I had both an LVL lash lift along with a brow wax - I altered my appointment on arrival at the salon after a talk over what outcomes I wanted and what my needs actually were and the staff were really helpful and accommodating. I had both treatments performed by Violet. I have been having my lashes and brows done for 15+ years, and I’ve never had a more pleasant experience!! I was made to feel so comfortable and relaxed, my brows and lashes are absolutely incredible. I cannot thank and recommend the salon and Violet enough!! ♥️ I’ve found my new pamper haven ♥️
Staff were lovely, running slightly late due to staff sickness but was kept informed and offered a drink. Great service will be back again.
The massage was fine, not deep tissue, but more so relaxing (as advertised). The facial was great: the therapist clearly knows what she's doing and had some good recommendations for how future treatments can be adapted for my skin needs. And a great value, I will be returning!
