The lady on reception was very friendly and attentive and the salon was clean, bright and stylish. The beautician had a really bad sore throat so couldn't speak which made the experience a bit awkward. Not sure they can really call it a manicure/pedicure as all the beautician did was paint my nails and tidy my cuticles. What's more the beautician dripped wax on my new jumper and didn't apologise or offer a discount. However the wax itself was super quick and absolutely painless. Overall a bit of an interesting experience. Would I go back....yes!
