This was my first ever manicure, but Jemma let me take my time picking a colour and talked me through everything. She made me feel so comfortable and my nails look so neat and lovely!

I like to keep my hair very low maintenance. Mel understood that and gave me exactly the sort of hair cut I wanted based on my fairly vague instructions. She was lovely to chat with throughout the appointment as well! Salon was clean and I felt Covid secure throughout the appointment
