The hairdressers itself is very clean and well organised, they always offer me refreshments upon entry. Mel is a very talented hairdresser and a generally lovely lady. She always does a good job with my hair and really listens to what I’m asking for. She makes me feel relaxed. I generally feel quite awkward at the hairdressers but I’ve never felt awkward with her. I’d recommend this place!

Mel was great and understood exactly what I wanted, fixed a terrible cut I got at a city centre salon and is the first person who, in my entire life, has not burned my ears with the hairdryer!!! So happy to find somewhere that I can regularly book appointments again, I've been searching for somewhere for 2 years!
