As soon as I enter the salon all staff were welcoming and friendly. I never went to a beautician before, so this was my first wax. Violet was extremely professional, friendly and made me relax. I tried to wax parts on my own and I ended up making a mess and it was painful. With this idea in mind I avoided going for a wax for ages, now I want to start doing it regularly! It was incredibly quick, easy and not painful! Truly recommended
