Absolutely ridiculous, worst experience of my life. I spent 8 hours in the salon getting various different treatments and to my disappointment I thought the wax was fine but I now have spots everywhere even though I followed Farah’s advice on after care. My eyelashes fell out within the first couple of hours of leaving the salon, my eyebrows have been ruined and the shapes don’t match or look like what I wanted but I had to stop Faye because she said while doing them “oh i’m not good with this part of the eyebrow”
My experience at 116 was great. My hairdresser was really friendly - lots of offers of drinks. It was a lovely cut and style, and great value for money.
Amazing I love it here so friendly and professional. Great haircut by Sharnelle and loving the lash lift I got by Farah- definitely will get that again- have recommended to my friends :-)
Farah was fantastic at being able to explain the best options based on her knowledge of hair removal , made me feel at ease and really happy with my treatment - will definitely be coming back
