Threading treatments were great but was disappointed with my cut and blow dry. Asked for it to be the same length all over but somehow ended up with it being longer at the front. And wasn’t allowed to have it straightened after blow drying even though it really needed it, and felt like I couldn’t insist as the next client was already waiting.
Lovely staff and hair was cut just the way I hoped. Completely satisfied with the service !
