I booked a senior barber, Chaddy, but was passed to Josh because Chaddy left to go somewhere. I paid the senior barber price but received a very basic cut from Josh, who charges less on Treatwell. No disrespect to Josh, but the quality wasn’t worth £30+. The lack of communication and poor business practices left me feeling taken advantage of. I paid a premium for service I didn’t receive, and the customer experience was disappointing from start to finish.
I won't be returning.
