I felt in such safe hands with Lizi for a deep tissue massage, easing the tension/pain in my back/shoulders from working at home. She is so considerate & experienced and the massage was really thorough - Lizi worked from my toes to my head and helped me see how everything is connected. Will definitely be coming back. Lizi was amazing!! So friendly & made me feel really comfortable. The Swedish massage was perfect, getting out all my knots & discomfort after a strenuous week. Honestly, she worked wonders! I can’t wait to return & try other treatments too :)
