Appointment was moved by 30’ first, and upon arrival had to wait another 40’ for my appointment. No-one communicated anything about how much longer it will take. Then nails was done by someone else that I booked and I no-one informed me about change.

My appointment was 30 min later than I had booked. No one even apologized for that. Left the salon 1h later than I was supposed to.
