The manicure was ok but my cuticles were really cut up and bleeding a lot. The nail tech didn’t mention it or apologise, I only realised later after I left when I noticed blood on my shirt from them. She also charged me extra for a removal when I just had an infill without really explaining and I shouldn’t have agreed to that looking back but there was someone else waiting so I didn’t want to hold her up.
