The haircut and hair wash felt very rushed. Hairdresser cut out a knot instead of brushing it. The haircut turned out okay but I did not get asked how I wanted it blow dried they just did it. Very overpriced for the experience I got.

I’m absolutely in love with 13 Roses, my go-to nail salon. I always go for a stunning wine red BIAB, and the color is so rich and classy. Ruslana was not only super friendly, but her attention to detail was incredible. She really took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and you can tell she cares about her work. I always receive so many compliments on my nails, and I can’t stop admiring them!

This is for normal nail varnish. I was told that gel application, without even a manicure, would be £50. Much more expensive than everywhere else locally. Only lasted a few days, and took a lot longer to apply due to drying time. The salon also rang me in advance of the appointment asking me to cancel and pay them directly so that the money wouldn't go to Treatwell. They did not happen to mention that appointments were running late, so I waited half an hour after my appointment time to be seen
