Firstly: the treatment room was up a flight of stairs at the rear of the salon, decorated in dark colours-maybe black…when we entered,she closed the door without asking me if I minded that: def felt claustrophobic, didn’t care for that at all…and put”her” music on-again,without asking me if I’d any feelings about that, maybe prefer quiet- it was def not a relaxing visit:then, at the end, at the cash desk,requested further payment because I’d had acrylic under gel..didn’t like finished appearance
