Chanel is incredible at what she does and so knowledgable. I see her monthly for a facial, my skin is sensitive & problematic & she tailors it exactly to what my skin needs and offers advice on how to keep the best care of it at home. I always leave feeling relaxed & my skin feels soothed & glowy. Couldn’t recommend Chanel enough !

Despite the fact that the salon had mistakenly allocated me with the wrong stylist, and my appointment therefore took longer than usual, Jayde fitted me in. She was great (as ever) and I was delighted with my hair cut and colour 😀 !
