The microdermabrasion treatment was really really good. I would highly recommend. The “reflexology” was simply a foot massage and not reflexology. It was lovely but not what I had asked for.
The salon was extremely quiet. In fact when getting my “reflexology” there was absolutely nobody in the salon except myself and the therapist (who was Qui and not Yu Lin). There was no background music and it was eerily quiet.
Overall I did enjoy my visit and will definitely return for the facial.

The ladies are so kind and goes mile to make everyone feel welcome and help with anything.
The pedicured was lovely, and very well done. Would definitely recommend and come back.

It would be better if you had more experienced staff. The employee informed me that the person who specialises in eyebrow threading and shaping was on vacation, so she stepped in to do the threading. However, the service I received wasn’t up to the usual standard, but I went ahead as I didn’t have another option.
When I asked if the price would be adjusted, I was told it remained the same. It doesn’t seem fair to charge the full rate when the quality of service was not the same .
