Got taken 15 mins late. Next they said that they don't have my treatment available so done acrylics instead. Half way through her doing them 3 fell off so I asked if they were all going to fall off and she said I don't know. I then asked her to remove them all as I didn't want them all falling off and she said no can't do. So I'm now out the salon with nails done in different shapes and all different lengths. Not a good experience at all.

The lady doing my nails was very thorough. There is no chit chat in the salon (which might put some people off) but I don't mind!

This is not a luxury salon - but it's great value for money. There isn't much chat or the kind of 'frills' that you get in some other salons, but the plus side is that the staff concentrate on the task and really take time and care to do a good job. If you're more interested in the end result than the experience, this is the place for you.
