I was quite disappointed with this experience. I was kept waiting over 15 minutes and then when I was taken to the massage room I had to walk down into and through what seemed like a store room, full of fabric and cluttered. It felt like I was in someone's spare/junk room and wasn't a very calming or fresh environment. The massage itself was disappointing mainly because my therapist never asked me anything about problem areas, what I wanted to focus on or if I had any injuries or allergies or anything personal at all. I wouldn't use this salon again for a massage.

I booked my appointment online the night before for 5.15 the following day. The salon phoned me at 4pm to say they could not honour this time so I had to rearrange it to the following day.
I think that this has to be the most unrelaxing manicure I have had in a long time. The staff talked loudly across the salon and at one point one of the children of a staff member was playing with a balloon which hit me on the head. The quality of the manicure, in my opinion, is poor and I doubt it will last a week let alone a fortnight.
