The Brazilian wax is not a normal Brazilian wax so I had to pay extra and the staff were quite rude about this despite the booking site stating what the wax was. It was also the most painful wax I have ever had, I will never go here again.

The reflexology treatment I had booked was done really well by the staff member and it met my expectations. However I think there is room for improvement on the appearance of the place, but the staff are friendly and seem professional enough.
