The girl who did my treatment was lovely and did a fantastic job of my nails. However, there was a minor incident where she unfortunately cut a hangnail too far and it bled quite profusely which caused difficulties when finishing the job. This leaves me in a pickle because I would recommend her as a manicurist in all other areas -- she created a wonderful atmosphere, I felt incredibly relaxed up to that point, and all of my other nails do look beautiful and extremely well kept. I do believe this to be an isolated, unlucky incident. But it did tarnish my whole experience somewhat.
Gel Nails Manicure
I've never been so horribly uncomfortable. The room in which the treatment took place looked very unprofessional and not clean. The staff hardly spoke any English and the treatment itself was one of the most unpleasant waxing experiences I have ever had. I'm not going back here.

Overall good massage, but had a sore leg the next day! So think the pressure was a bit to strong in that area.
