Sorry to leave a bad review but I waited 20 minutes when I arrived for my nail appointment to begin. After this, none of the ladies in the salon spoke English and could understand that I was asking for BIAB and not gel. I had already prepaid for BIAB specifically online and tried to explain this. I left the salon with gel nails and badly done gel nails at that. They chipped after two days. The ladies were lovely and doing what they could but if you pay for a service you expect to receive it.
