It would be better if you had more experienced staff. The employee informed me that the person who specialises in eyebrow threading and shaping was on vacation, so she stepped in to do the threading. However, the service I received wasn’t up to the usual standard, but I went ahead as I didn’t have another option.
When I asked if the price would be adjusted, I was told it remained the same. It doesn’t seem fair to charge the full rate when the quality of service was not the same .
