I was very satisfied with my nails and pedicure! Sophia done a really good job :)
I was too in shock to say before leaving but I went home straight away & washed off the lamination - she’d made my brows curl at the ends like some evil cartoon. The shape was messy & she made me bleed with the threading. I noticed later that she’d burnt me with the wax too & I’ve been left with a nice mark under my brow. Good job I’ve got 4 days left before my wedding to recover. Should’ve realised it would be bad since even my patch test was bad - left waiting for staff for 30min with no sorry
Sophia was a great nail tech and did my nails perfectly. She also gave great advice
Sophia shaped my mis- shappen nails really nicely. And was informative about how the colour would look on my nails v how the colour looked on the nail chart. She was chatty and friendly, and I was satisfied with the result. Good value for money
