Sophia was lovely and gave very good treatments, I marked one star down only based on the seating for the pedicure. It’s a bit uncomfortable as the base of the seat needs to be made wider but overall good.
The therapists were really nice but I wasn’t completely satisfied with the end results & I was surprised to not see a manager on site! Due to the lighting, my nails looked great indoors but once outside, I could see the gel layers on my hands & the gel on my feet could have been closer to my cuticles because it looked as though my toenails had grown out. I’m grateful to have been seen last minute but I won’t be back unfortunately and will have them removed elsewhere :(
Sophia was really very professional and clean, she also advised me about the coloring of the eyebrows and the various methods. I think I'll be there very often!
