Woman in front desk was absolutely lovely! Great choice of colours but nail technician was chewing gum throughout and wasn’t the most friendly, plus I paid for an hour treatment but was only 20 mins and cuticles were bleeding - felt like I had overpaid.
Really happy with the service. Oana was polite and friendly and did a great job! Thank you
Love the atmosphere in this salon. Definitely needed something like this in NW London. My mail tech Ana-Maria is also such a professional with her work :)
