Despite using an efile my nails still had a layer of gel and debris attached to them for 9 days now, found the experience painful and rushed and the beautician damaged two of my nails filing too deeply and leaving dents. She said it was normal to feel sensitivity but having sought advice elsewhere she completely stripped them down. £15 for a 10 minute half done job with a daily reminder of the experience with pain, will never return again.
