Nail or Gel Polish Removal

I had pre booked a nail app and the therapist surpsingly set up on a massage bed as someone was in the nail room which was frustrating and uncomfortable to lean across. When the other customer finished we moved into the nail room which was better. Lovely therapist and took great care but didn't tip my nails so they chipped on day 2 which was disappointing.
