I have been to the salon before and loved the experience. However I think the lady that did my wax was learning - or just very very distracted (as we do all get sometimes!). Patches were missed, and a lot of wax was left on my skin causing great irritation. When I mentioned that quite a bit of hot wax was left on my bikini line, I was told to just use the after wax lotion - so it felt that no responsibility was taken for the poor waxing job done. It was awkward to push the issue, as I was late for another appointment and I didn't want to risk anything else being done incorrectly.
I will return to the salon, as I know the fantastic service other staff provide.

I had the most lovely Dermalogica facial, very relaxing and the products used were excellent. Highly recommended!
Classic Facials
I regularly get my nails done with Shellac but unfortunately I will not be going back to this Salon, not only did I feel my treatment was done in some untidy back room but the Shellac has already started peeling off - and usually Shellac lasts ages on my nails. The therapist herself was really sweet.

I spontaneously booked a facial which was a worthwhile treat! The owner & the therapist at 207 are so lovely - I will be going there again! The only little downside was the noise of baby cries & talking from outside the room, which meant I wasn't totally relaxed throughout the facial - the room's aren't very soundproof. Otherwise - I'm a happy customer! If only all salons were this great :-)
