I realise that this wasn't supposed to be the most relaxing of treatments, however another worker frequently came in to my treatment room, turned off the radio and Rummaged through cupboards. This made me feel uncomfortable and as I wasn't able to open my eyes it made me a little nervous and anxious as I didn't know what was going on.
After all that I had a severe allergic reaction to the extensions which has resulted in having to take time off work to attend the doctors who has prescribed me steroids. The whole of my eye area is now extremely swollen, red, sore and itchy; so much so that I can barely open my eyes.
No patch testing was done and no after care advice was given (minus "don't get them wet tonight")
Really not happy!

I had a lovely manicure and deep cleansing facial with Laetitia who is very friendly and professional, and gave me the relaxing afternoon that I needed! I will definitely be back again soon and I have already recommended the salon to friends :)

I always enjoy these back facials as they pamper the parts of my skin that I can't see to do myself. Massage and exfoliation is very good although I wish they would do more extraction, although that's a personal choice. I will be back for more treatments.
