I was running late due to train delays but the staff were so friendly and helpful and managed to squeeze in my appointment. By that point I was quite stressed out and really needed some relaxation time. The beautician immediately made me feel at ease and I was able to relax and enjoy my pedicure.

Surprisingly relaxing having an eyebrow shape here! Laetitia is very calm and relaxes you straight away. She is also very thorough!
