The staff and salon are great. However, normally when you book a shellac manicure, that is advertised as a full manicure (45mins) you'd expect some water involved- to soak hands in and some cuticle remover too; however, she did neither. I have very dehydrated cuticles so this stage is really important. Instead my cuticles were dealt with dry and then nails were painted. She did do a good job of the paint job but she struggled to get the last dregs of my chosen colour out of the bottle. They also have a very limited choice of colours.
I used my £10 voucher towards the treatment so only paid £19.50 instead of £29.50. If I'd had paid £29.50 for the treatment I would have felt robbed.
