I felt welcomed to the place and Macey was lovely. However, the waxing was a bit painful and there was still some hair left from front and back. This was for a Hollywood wax. The last time I came it was done properly but with a different therapist

Macey, was and is totally brilliant-
I was feeling super stressed and nervous and just not in a great place - but Macey defused that and she was a total blessing to me.so kind, so considerate, and just so lovely- thank you Macey!!
