Macey was very polite and considerate but very disappointed with my nails. Hands were not washed after manicure. Manicure was rough. Cuticle was cut (it happens) but varnish was used to paint over blood on nail. Tips and edges of nails were not painted.

The massage itself was very good and my beauty therapist went out of her way to mask the loud speaking colleagues in the salon. The walls were paper thin but they were not trying to be quiet. Really ruined what should have been a relaxing hour. Would not return!
