Washed in back room, not great. Needed to have combed hair more before blow drying as hair was breaking but good end result.

My hairdresser was away so i was looking for somewhere local. The salon wasn't expecting me so I had to wait 45mins for the hairdresser to come. When she did arrive she was able to do my hair quite quickly however it wasn't to the standard I expected - the braid pattern meant my sew-in was bulky and then I was charged an extra £10 for styling which 1) should have been mentioned on Treatwell that styling your hair is not included (I can't imagine how you would walk out of a salon with your hair being half finished) 2) they should have made clear it was an extra cost before she started styling it.

Even though I had an appointment I waited for almost 2 hours before the hairdresser arrived. I was happy with the end product, it was worth the wait
