Great customer service within a welcoming environment. Always receive a high standard haircut and all the barbers cut at a good level. As for value for money, it's the best you could find within the West London area.

I got what I wanted. the people were friendly. The only mistake they did was to over-book my appointment somehow and when asked if the hair-wash and dry-dry was included in the price, they said 'yes' on the phone but in person they charged me extra.
