Great experience, this was my first time here. Great haircut with experienced stylist. I would definitely recommend.

was the worst experience I've ever had, hairdresser showed 45mins late, she was on her phone most of the time, done my hair wrong and ripped some if it off and I have to find another dresser to fix the mess she created. I'm not the one to complain so I paid and left in peace. I hope they treat other customers better.

I've got friends going to this place for years and decided to give a try myself. I'm giving one star because I made a last minute booking and made various attempts into contacting the salon and no one reply and I went anyway in hope that it would be fine. There was no organisation whatsoever, the girl who was meant to do my hair was fully booked even though it said on the website they were free. They need to keep the treatwell page updated and make sure to check their messages/call.
