y’all are making up prices on the spot. i don’t like that. a service you have been charging me £30 for (you have done this same
style 4 times at this price btw) the past few months (you also just did this same service for me only 3 weeks ago at that price) has suddenly changed to £45 when your manager was not around. and then you gaslit me and said you never charged me that ?? where is that done ?
the hair is nice but for a loyal customer ? that’s horrid. it also lowkey came apart 2 days later
