As in life , nothing is perfect the staff was pretty chill and fast my only hiccup was my hair was done too tight causing bumps saw bumps behind my head and the locing gel they used its not agreeing with my scalp I guess that's my issue not theirs but other than that pretty decent for a first time 5/10
