I opted for 2 Dutch braids and was in and out of the salon in no time. my hair came out cooking lovel. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have some of the more idle staff sweeping up and cleaning surfaces.

overall, i’m happy with the hairstyle apart from the amount of gel which is used but cleanliness is a big issue at this place. it’s too overcrowded, overwhelming and the booking system is essentially pointless as they go off a first come first serve basis. staff were quite unwelcoming and rough with my hair.
if you’re not up for a long wait, this place isn’t for you.
