I got a hollywood wax from here without realising before my appointment that they use strip wax for hollywoods rather than hot. keep this in mind upon booking as it is a lot more painful and i had redness like a sunburn for about 24 hours. Whilst this is my fault for not checking in advance it wasn't a good surprise. Also she didn't use gloves during the wax which i found odd and unhygienic. generally was an awkward and unpleasant experience (and i've had many many hollywoods before so am used to any initial awkwardness)
Hannah is very talented when it comes to making the most of your hair the way it wants to be, and not forcing it to be something else! She also really understands how to make the most of thick and/or curly/wavy hair - and without a lot of work to do at home every time you wash it! Thanks Hannah!
