I really loved visiting this place. The ladies made me feel so welcome and at home, they made sure I loved all my treatments. My wax was impeccable- I just need hot wax for my armpits! The customer service was amazing, moving my appointments round to suit my diary and checking I was completely happy with my eyebrows. Thank you so much guys xxx

Lovely experience for the money paid :) I had a 90 min Hammam ritual including a full body massage. The procedure starts in a steam room where you stay for approx 15 min, then the lady applied black soap and scrubbed all the dead skin cells. You then stay in for another 15 min in steam and Moroccan mud mask is applied to the whole of your body. Once you wasn’t off the mask, proceed with massage and the lady was extremely professional!! The only thing I would mention is a pressure in the showers as it was quite difficult to wash off the mud, otherwise completely blissful experience:) thank you so much!!
Turkish Bath
I had booked for a thai massage and a facial with bubbly and chocolates. I did not feel welcomed at all, therapist did not ask me any questions or talk to me to make me feel comfortable and ready before my treatments. I felt that I only had half a body massage done instead of full body front of arms and shoulders were missed out. I had to ask the therapist to change the towel for me as I was given a dirty smelly one! When I got out of the treatment room I was not seen off or seen to at the end of the service. Their so called bubbly is a 1/4 glass of wine (which was not sparkling)and 2 small sized chocolates from celebrations box which was very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone worst place ever.
