The facial threading was very aggressive and actually felt like needles across my eyebrows, I have been threadign my eyebrows for 10 years now and have never had such a painful experience. The woman seemed to have no idea how threading works and previously required another staff member to come and take over. Seems the staff are somewhat inexperienced in the field of providing beauty treatments.
Was seen on time. Treatment completed efficiently. Therapist knew what she was doing and end result was good!

The venue is a bit hard to find but they are a lovely group of women who are very professional. I was very relaxed and it was great value for money.
