Awful. It was a torture. The woman did not know how to use the wax at all. It was so painful ( when it is been years I am using wax) The manager did not care at all. Really bad customer service

The therapist was really nice and kind but was unfortunately not a good wax. So much more painful than any wax I’ve had before and my skin was slightly broken after. wax was advertised as lycon but felt like it was really poor quality

The value is okay but they are always late and I have to wait more than 15-20 minutes to receive my treatment.
Microdermabrasion
I did ask for her to be more gentle on one side of my back and too avoid my lower back and to focus more on my neck and shoulders, I was already nervous to ask and she seemed fine about it but did not follow with any of my requests, not very relaxing, oil was really cheap but so was the massage.
