The therapist was really nice and kind but was unfortunately not a good wax. So much more painful than any wax I’ve had before and my skin was slightly broken after. wax was advertised as lycon but felt like it was really poor quality

The value is okay but they are always late and I have to wait more than 15-20 minutes to receive my treatment.
Microdermabrasion
I did ask for her to be more gentle on one side of my back and too avoid my lower back and to focus more on my neck and shoulders, I was already nervous to ask and she seemed fine about it but did not follow with any of my requests, not very relaxing, oil was really cheap but so was the massage.

Not an LVL but more like a bad eyelash perm - I have had 18 LVL treatments via Treatwell and this was by far the worst. No private room so was sat upright, rather than lying down, in the corridor of the salon. People kept walking past, no ventilation but here were two people getting their hair bleached/coloured nearby so the smell was very off-putting being in such close proximity. No difference to my lashes even though it was suppose to be a lash lift and tint. When I complained there was no difference to my lashes I was told " you have been here for an hour". And what a wasted hour that was if the treatment and customer service was so terrible!
