Absolutely poor Hollywood Wax. The beauty therapist was lovely but not able to do her job. She burnt me with the hot wax to the point my skin is peeling off and on top of it I am left with patches of hair... not exactly ok for a Hollywood! They also double booked and I had to wait 40 minutes for my appointment.
