The salon tardy and unprofessional. Although the lady doing my eyebrows was lovely, her experience didn’t match my expectations. She offered to wax my eyebrows and then proceeded to use wax that was not hot enough and got wax in my eyelashes. I had to tell her several times to make amendments to the work she has done to the point where I just didn’t want to be there anymore so left unhappy. Overall my appointment took about 30 mins and I left with eyebrows I’m not happy with.
